Paperback Edition - "The Journey" is a culmination of the experiences and Holy Spirit lessons that we have learned over this past year as we stepped out in faith as a ministry. This is the first of what we hope will be an annual devotional series; sharing stories of what we are learning along the way, as we travel across Canada, leading worship and outreaches year-round.
Our heart is to give you a glimpse of our journey and to help you also look to Jesus and "Pivot Up." This year has been nothing short of extraordinary, and it was impossible to include everything Jesus did. We now understand what John was talking about when he wrote:
"Now there are also many other things that Jesus did. Were every one of them to be written, I suppose that the world itself could not contain the books that would be written." John 21:25 ESV
We had so many plans and dreams at the beginning of this year. Then Jesus took us on an incredible journey of learning to trust Him. When things felt like they were going wrong, they were in fact going right; right into the direction the Lord wanted us to go. We began reminding each other to Pivot Up, to look to Jesus and listen for what His heart was saying.
We hope this collaboration of testimonies (journeys), devotionals, artwork, photos taken on our travels, and a few delicious recipes we enjoyed along the way, will encourage you to turn your focus back to Jesus.
He is worth every moment.
